Great shop !! I stopped in today because my lock holder had come loose. It is a somewhat complicated bracket and I was only looking for a twist or two on the bolt, but Lucian produced the right tool directly from his pocket, deduced that cinching the bolt wouldn't actually solve the problem, then managed to whisk it apart, adjust it slightly, and zip it all back together, all in less than one minute. Magic ! Thank you Lucian.

Wonderfully polite, honest price and overall great service. Took my Brompton in as I refuse to pay the prices Brompton charges for a service. Riding out of the shop, everything felt notably tighter and more secure and the new chain made a great improvement to the sound of the bike. The full clean was the icing on the cake. Will be back. A great local bike shop for those in the Acton/Askew/Sheppards Bush area.

Both my partner and I have taken our bikes to this shop a few times now for routine maintenance. The repair man has always given us fast, professional service at very fair prices. I've gone to other bike shops that have extortionate pricing and they take a week or more to get my bike back, and there's usually something they miss or they try to upsell me on unnecessary parts. I've never felt pressured to pay for more than what I need at this shop. I've always gotten my bike back clean as well, even just for quick derailleur adjustments. This little shop proves how misleading fancy store fronts and in-store cafes can be. He genuinely cares about the bikes and making sure we're road safe.
